Staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean and well-maintained, although the halls do show a few years of wear. Breakfast is not a huge spread, but does cover the basics. The location is roughly a 10 minute drive from downtown. Overall, this hotel is a cost-effective option for visitors with a car who do not want to overpay for a downtown location.

the room was nice and clean. The customer service was horrible and understaffed... checked in at 4 and wss told room was not ready to.come back in a hour. The main problem with this property was cleanliness. The floors in the elevators and hallways were sticky and in need of mopping. One of the elevators was out of order. The hallways needed to be vacuumed. The trash cans on my floor were full. The top was stopped up and wouldn’t drain properly. The sink and toilet were not clean. The toilet had hair and dirt on the base and the frame around the mirror had surface dirt along with the tub. I will not book at this hotel again.
