Staff was very helpful and rooms were cleaned daily. Having a kitchenette was a plus. The breakfast buffet had many choices daily. The food was just ok, but wouldn't complain about it since it came with the room fee. We traveled as a couple and wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but unfortunately on the weekend days it was jammed with kids throwing things and not being respectful of adults. Noone from the hotel monitoring the pool area.

Check in was a breeze. Rooms were spotless and beds are comfortable. Pool is much bigger than pics make it out. Breakfast was awesome and having a full size fridge and micro-wave makes it easy to reheat leftovers from nearby (all walking distance) restaurants, ONLY DRAWBACK- I wish the balconies in sitting and bedroom had a screen so you can get that evening breeze overnight and there isn't a hotel bar onsight. There is one next door at the Opal and plenty of places nearby (across the street even).

We have stayed here many times, and we keep coming back because there are so many pluses: great location (walk everywhere, including the beach, a minute away); helpful friendly staff (e.g., room upgrades, late checkouts); beautiful heated pool and a hot tub that is actually hot, plenty of towels and lounge chairs, spacious suites … the list goes on and on.
