The room itself wasn’t too bad for the price we paid, but the breakfast experience completely ruined our stay. The front desk attendant said the breakfast person didn’t show up, so there were no eggs, sausage, fruit, or yogurt available. On top of that, the front desk employee was on her phone the entire time. We asked milk for cereal and she asked if there’s no milk in there. Uhmm yeah, you don’t have half of the food that should be there and what’s so surprising that there’s also no milk in there.
When we returned later to check out, she was sitting on one of the lobby couches with her feet up, still on her phone. There was zero customer service. She didn’t smile, didn’t acknowledge us properly, and acted like we were disturbing her.
I don’t expect five-star service at this type of hotel, but this employee made the whole place feel unprofessional and poorly managed. I wouldn’t stay here again based on this experience.
