We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Room was comfortable and we had adjoining rooms with our friends as requested. Great location for the Greengate Hotel where we were attending a function. The added bonus of having breakfast included was welcome. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want. The morning staff didn't greet anyone sitting down for breakfast nor were we asked our room numbers. Although the restaurant was a lovely room our dinner was disappointing. I sent back two of our four meals. We ordered two Wagyu steaks which were like leather. I spoke to the chef and he offered to replace our two meals with another choice. I specified a small amount of chili on my pasta but it was still too hot. Our other two meals of chicken schnitzel were overcooked. This needs to improve. Overall I'd stay again but not eat at the restaurant.

We arrived and were checked in by a lovely young man who also worked in the restaurant. Fast check-in, easy parking and free with the room. The room was larger than expected, king size bed which looked huge. The pillows were about too flat but other than that can't complain about the bed. The bathroom was lovely and the shower had really good pressure and really hot. Breakfast was included and was quite yummy. Lots and lots of choices. Will be back.
