Rooms
The room they offered me at the first day of stay has got some problems. The service control panel including clean up, do not disturb and door bell was not working . Also the sink in toilet could not drain properly .water remaine in the sink.
I let them know and was supposed to come fix following day. They did not care about it . After several times of asking them . They changed my room and again in the new room kettle was not working . I let them know but they did not changed it until the 3rd day of my stay. The cleaner was not friendly at the beginning, very angry and rude but for the rest of day the cleaner change and we had very nice friendly cleaner staff.
The other services was good. I think the problem is with management which they don't check the room and facilities inside before offering to the guests . Thats why guests end up to changing room.
