Awesome property, this was the second hotel in my Shanghai trip and I can tell you, comparing with the first hotel we stayed this hotel is fabulous! Super well located, spacious room, well maintained and new property, super friendly staff and they also communicate very well in English. Fairly good breakfast, hotel was able to handle airport transportation for us easily. I will absolutely stay in the hotel again when visiting Shanghai

The hotel is located in an excellent location. However, its entrance is literally next to another hotel. This causes a bit confusion for guests who are not familiar with the area. The lobby is a bit small, without enough seating capacities.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Nanjing Road. The hotel's location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Shanghai, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you can't ask for a more convenient base. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service I received from Kai at the concierge desk. He went above and beyond in helping me coordinate several Taobao deliveries during my stay. Thanks to his efficiency and attention to detail, retrieving my packages was completely seamless and stress-free. It made my stay that much more enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommend this hotel for both its prime location and the top

It was located at a super busy street of Shanghai, but not so close to the subway (about 5 blocks). The food services were hard to find nearby. The breakfast was available in hotel but not so decent. When we arrived, we were asked to wait due to the reason that room style we booked was limited (the family room), and it was delayed again later when we came back. The front desk wasn’t able to understand English well, but there was some friendly Indian staff in breakfast place. The whole inside of the building and our room are dusty, Air temperature seemed high indoor due to the hot weather, and the room is small with a poor design. A king bed with a single bed room provided only one chair with a small little table. The tiny night stands failed to provide enough area even for a pocket sized Bible, which I found on the floor in the morning.
