Property doesn't look great, but rooms modernized. They assigned me a room and it was occupied . They quickly gave me different room. Small ant problem, room smelled faintly of pet urine. Typical breakfast items. Walking distance to walmart, cinema, fast food.

This was obviously housing people did not feel comfortable here, wouldn’t have stayed if I would have been travelling alone. The booking said continental breakfast but we were informed it was only on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Would not book this hotel again.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Stayed 4 nights. Was only there to rest at night. It was quiet and air worked well. Had room cleaned after 2 nights which was great. The only problem was the TV would seem to have to regain connection every so often.

The room didn't seem very clean. Bed sham had stains on it. Also it posts free breakfast but it is only on the weekends. We had a smashed mirror in our room. Hotel needs some updates. Bathroom sink faucet wasn't tightened to the sink. Staff was very helpful. Also the hotel had people hanging out of the second story and throwing things down to people on the ground floor. No screens on those windows.

Please stay away from this Quality Inn if you absolutely can. We pay $200/night for a slum. The only upside is the room is big.

Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, check in was quick. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower like something was falling through from up above, but the price reflected imperfection, and that was the only imperfection I noticed. I’d stay there again. It was good for the price.

I knew I wasnt getting a 5 star hotel experience but the only perk is that there were no bugs. The floor was sticky, there was a burn mark in the carpet from the iron falling flat on the floor, there were mysterious hairs in the sink and shower, and the chair in the room was so dirty it had black stains on it. I didn't go anywhere near that chair. I went to the front desk to ask for a pen because I needed to write something and the guy had his shoes off with his bare feet up on the countertop. Don't stay here unless you are desperate.

If saving money is your priority then this is the place. But it’s an older building in an older part of the city with no breakfast as advertised. It’s clean, but old. I chose it because the other hotels around were substantially more expensive and my goal was the beach.

I liked how responsive and friendly the staff were. I liked the refrigerator and microwave. However the bathroom vent looked terrible. Most of room looked under maintained with things looking damaged. Room service did not take out my trash or make my bed. No bathroom mats or anything. Breakfast was poor as well as there was just a waffle and no other options.

The room was clean the first night, after that nobody went to clean my room. Every morning I went out, There was nobody at the front desk; when I got there at night, I never saw anybody at the front desk. The first day a guy told me they would give me more towels, nobody gave me anything. There was no breakfast. I found garbage at one of the halls corners and I supposed a homeless ate there. It is a mess. I am sorry to write this review, I do not want to make anybody feel bad, but this is my experience at that hotel. I will never stay there again.

The hotel was dirty, rooms were filthy, towels were hard to come by and stained. Trash in hallways, and lobby. There was no breakfast. The parking lot is in disrepair. The hairdryer did not work, the door safety locks were broken, the phone did not work so if you needed to call the front desk you couldn’t, you had to go downstairs. There is no elevator as an fyi. We got to the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes for someone so we even could check in, pretty sure we woke him up.
