I guess you get what you pay for. Although this Best Western was not a what would be considered a premium hotel, the price was pretty expensive for what we got. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice.
There was no coffee available in the 24 hr. coffee station and the breakfast was pretty bad. Eggs were very unappetizing,no toast available, and the bagels etc, were awful. Trash cans were overflowing and the lady who was working there was obviously trying, she but could have used additional help. The cereal selection was obviously geared for children, and the "fresh Yogurt' machine was empty and was not able to be refilled..Corporate should come and evaluate what breakfast is offered, and update that and other amenities. For about 10% more in price, I usually receive 100% more in value when I use other hotel chains.
