Walls between rooms were so thin, one could easily hear conversations next door and across the hall. We had 3-4 young men enter their room about 11pm and while they were not terribly loud, their normal banter kept us up. The babies across the hall, the children in the room above us sounded as though they were our room.
The bathroom shower had not been cleaned; there was a clump of black hair on the shower drain.
My lower back was so sore in the morning I could not even put on my shoes!
This was a 1-night stay so we ‘sucked it up’ and stayed the night.
We will never stay again, and we have now crossed ‘Best Western’ off our list of acceptable hotels. We are not terribly picky, but do expect comfortable, clean and quiet!
