The place was clean, the floor in the rooms were not sticky, the milk was not expired. These are all great things 😜

No problems except my friend rented the room right beside mine abd the A/C would barely blow on low. Informed employee at front desk upon checking out

It’s an older property, but the room was clean and fresh. There were loads of cigarette butts in the parking area. I moved to multiple spots, but they were everywhere. However, there had been no smoking in the room, nor did it reek of air fresheners. I am highly sensitive to smells, and the room was fine.

2/10 Mala

The room was dirty, smelled terrible, and was completely unlivable\. There were stains on the bed and walls, the bathtub was filthy, and the floors were buckled from what appeared to be water damage\. It was a horrible experience. We did not stay at the property because of the conditions\. We immediately requested a refund, but have not received a response yet\. We had to find another place to stay at our own expense. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Great Place at a fantastic price

Stayed here for a triathlon at Richard B Russell State park. Clean, comfortable and the staff was fantastic. I'll be staying again for sure

This hotel is incredible. You can smoke in the smoking rooms - they have ashtrays! Incredible. Moreover, the front desk staff is so friendly - they gave us a special creamer for the coffee - which was delish!

4/10 Regular

We prefer to stay at Fairfield/Spring Hill (so not fancy, but another level of quality, or comparable, but none were available in this area. The room was okay. Hard floors, and did not want to really walk on them without shoes or sock, although they were not noticeably dirty. The big issue however was that we arrived very late - after 2am. I called earlier on check in day and was advised that it was no problem and they would be expecting us. We called again, when we were about 2 hours to check with the night shift as well, when we were advised we had already checked in (we had not) and that somebody was in the room. The lady kept is on the line and walked to the room, confirmed somebody was in there and she told them they had to move and she would clean it for us. We asked her if they could stay and they just give us a new room and when said she was new and did not know how and she would just move them and clean the room. We were a little nervous, and when we arrived at 3 AM, there was nobody in the room, but we were a little uncomfortable that the actual sheets and pillows had been changed. They were not obviously untaken care of, they were just wrinkly and we were a little uncomfortable. Our standards are not that high, but this was below them, but at the same time not horrible and it served its purpose. I honestly don’t know if there are any better options in this town, so it is what it is. Staff smoking and FaceTimeing in the stairwell.

The biggest reason i choose the place for it had a free breakfast for my nephew, ann they had for a week was just waffles, and cereal, we stayed a week room got cleaned somewhat decent 2 times. Are tp was ripped up and the side was brown like it sat in muddy water and dried

It is an older property. They are trying to update it but they seem to not be able to do a better job of cleaning what they have.

Great basic facility. Most impressed by bedding, which is the most part of an overnight stay! Would stay again for sure

Sleazy

Room was clean. Downhill from there. Sitting in my underwear watching TV and the manager (I assume) bursts into the room to tell me that the hot water will be on in an hour. No knock, just came in on me. Walls are so thin that I could clearly hear the hillbillies squawking for hours! Breakfast was a joke. My suggestion - keep going to Athens!
