The beds were uncomfortable. I usually stay on property because they have breakfast they only had waffles, cereals and 3 apples. I'm on certain how long the call for had been seitting out. I had to ask the attendance to make more waffle mix because that waffle mix had been left from days. We were the first down for breakfast. Good parking and the pool was closed until 9/2027.

The staff is very very nice and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was awesome. The hotel is OMG, so clean, smells nice, offer many exceptional amenities. I pass through here often for work and stayed at other hotels. However, this hotel is truly a hidden gem. If I had known this hotel and staff was so nice and on point, they would’ve been my first choice out of all my visits and stays at the other hotels. I recommend Quality Inn 300000/10

The staff was great, however the room was not clean properly, there were noticeable spots on the wall, the bed was squeezed and I saw a roach on the first night. The breakfast was little too nonexistent.

It's old, it's dated, it's cheap. Other hotels were booked so this was only option. Nobody at checkin, they worked through a Ring doorbell. If you dont have options it'll do, but cant recommend it.

I was here in town for one night for a business trip and the Quality Inn was great for my needs. It was close to where my meeting was going to be and close to a restaurant. For the price and the amount of time I spent at the hotel it was sufficient.

My family and I had to evacuate from Ft. Morgan beach because of Hurricane Isaias and we’re fortunate to find availability here. The hotel was fully booked, which was an unusual occurrence for this property, but the staff jumped into action and hustled hard to accommodate everyone. The Owner, Jackie and the front desk, and the other young lady at the front desk were the best and were available for whatever we needed. We could not have asked for better people to help us out during this stressful time. The property does not have a generator (which the owner did disclose when I asked) and the electricity went out overnight but the staff were there early the next morning to make sure that everything was taken care of for the guests. The hotel did sustain some roof and other minimal damage, My 4-year-old daughter did not even want to leave because she LOVED the waffles. Was the property perfect? No. But did the owner and staff more than make up for this? Absolutely! There were 5 of us total (4 adults and 1 child) and the suite we rented provided a great amount of space for us to hunker down and ride out the storm. Thank you very much to all of you for providing a safe place for my family during this time. Your willingness to serve and care for people was seen and far outweighed any of the imperfections that the property may have.

The lobby reeked of marijuana when we entered. The staff were polite. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and the front desk clerk came up to spray the room. The shower drain was slow and had to stand in an inch of water….
