The resort, and I use that term loosely, is in need of some desperate updates to bring it into this century. We could have overlooked this if management were able to control the drunk partiers that took over the indoor pool at 11pm. Harrison Hot Springs resort were aware of people doing canon balls into the "quiet relaxation pool", screaming profanities, drinking alcohol, doing drugs, vaping, and making the environment unsafe, yet refused to enforce their own rules.
Unable to take anymore, we returned to our room only to find the neighbors blasting an EDM song on repeat until 3:30am. After calling the front desk to complain, the music stopped at 2am, but only for 10 minutes before it began again.
Perhaps the worst part was when I spoke to the manager the following day, he walked away to help some other guests in the lobby... who happened to be some of the hooligans from the night before!
This was meant to be a relaxing getaway with my wife, but it was absolutely terrible. Stay away!
