Check in was great. Monique was very welcoming to us. Explained everything.room was excellent.staff was so polite from the maids to the breakfast staff. A good morning from each of them. We were greeted by a friendly staff member at the front desk . The property is new and modern with nice amenities. The room was spacious and modern. The room was cleaned well every other day which is nice. Even though we were 2 steps from the elevator, it was a quiet stay. The area is safe, with a convenient supermarket across the street. Also, there was plenty of parking underground on property. Would recommend this Homewood Suites and would stay again.

The most important thing in a hotel in my view is comfort. Not simply how comfortable the room feels, but how quickly can I adapt to it and feel at home. We felt at home from the time we entered the room, The amenities were well laid out and the furniture was quality, including slow close drawers and cabinet doors. The room was very clean with no chemical smells. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The location was ideal for our plans.

Almost everything is in pristine condition, new and of decent quality, a very nice hotel. I had some minor and relatively common issues, the internet can be a bit slow and is worth paying extra premium if you can. Also if you get connecting rooms with doors to other rooms, you may encounter some noise issues so make sure to account for that possibility. They do charge for parking but the entrance is unusually narrow by US standards, the underground garage is very nice but inexperienced drivers or people with larger vehicles may struggle, as evidenced by scratch and tire marks around the entrance.
