The room and facilities were good, and most of the staff were kind and professional.
However, I had a very unpleasant experience with one staff member who worked in the morning, wore a beanie and a gold necklace.
While this person was friendly and talkative with other colleagues, he completely ignored me whenever I approached or spoke to him. On my last day, when I came to pick up my luggage, he stood silently without greeting or responding to my questions—just watching me as I took my bag and left.
I don’t expect every staff member to be cheerful all the time, but this behavior made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable.
Although I do not wish to assume or suggest that this person has an issue with Asian guests, I couldn’t help but notice that the guests who were treated this way, including myself, happened to be Asian.
It left a very negative impression of the hotel overall, despite the kindness of the other staff.
I sincerely hope the hotel management identifies this staff member and ensures that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy.
