Staff was extremely friendly, taking care of customers one-by-one, especially the staff at the executive lounge, and except for the staff at the front desk. People at the front desk did not listen to what they are supposed to respond properly; definitely they need more hard training for adequate service. Overall, the service at the lounge was so impressive! Food and wine are not satisfying, though...but considering the price, acceptable. One more thing, the hotel rating system is not understandable....Paradise Hotel Busan is one of the oldest hotels in Busan, without noticeable renovations, and its infrastructure, amenities, and others do not meet the current standard of 5-star hotels; probably 4-star???
