My 3rd stay in 8 months should tell you everything. Stunning hotel probably one of the best 5* hotels in Gran Canaria. Room is big clean and decor is beautiful. I will stay again just not too sure when. I would certainly recommend Lopesan Costa Melonares 100 percent.

The hotel is very big but very attractive with wonderful location beside the sea and very attractive grounds and pools. I wasn't keen on the daily entertainment and this was loud in my room but at least didn't go on beyond 11pm. Huge spread at breakfast buffet but cooked items bit tepid. Didn't think they should charge for parking.

Rooms are good and food I would rate average if you book the buffet, which we did as it is easiest with kids, whilst food diversity is cleary above average. I really like the Lopesan Hotel. It was my second stay at the hotel. They really improved this year. The food got better and the rooms are very clean. The hotel is overall very stunning! Some minor remarks: - I would highly recommend to arrange a daily shuttle to the airport. - The service & food in the pool bar is horrible. Needs a lot of improvement.

Stunning place in so many ways. The many pools, the landscaping around the pools, the design of the common spaces were all wonderful. The restaurants were all wonderful too. Shops and restaurants outside the complex were great. Exceeded our expectations in all ways. Our only minuscule frustration was trying to get the tea and milk replaced in our room daily. Which was a wonderful room too. Totally happy, sorry to leave.

We had an exceptional family holiday at Lopesan Costa Meloneras. The resort's stunning architecture, interior design and beautifully manicured gardens created a serene atmosphere. Our spacious, clean room offered breathtaking balcony views. The expansive pool area was a highlight, with something for everyone. The lazy river was a big hit with the kids! Dining options were diverse and delicious, with an impressive breakfast buffet. The staff's attentive and friendly service made our stay memorable, including Cava on arrival. Highly recommended!

The landscaping is beautiful. The infinity pool is astounding. We stayed in a Deluxe View room, which was on the fourth floor above the open area dining terrace. The bed is firm, there are two separate closets with ample hangers and drawer space, the bathroom is very nice with a rain shower. The buffet style eating was nice, sometimes very busy, depending on when you eat or the day of the week even. It is often crowded by people perusing the myriad options. You can eat pretty healthful with a small variety of cooked vegetables and fruit, or you can gorge yourself on all the varieties of meats and breads available. There’s also at least ten varieties of dessert. Wine and beer are not that expensive if you want to add that onto your dinner. The staff are nice and greet you everywhere, and they try to help with any desires one might have. We also enjoyed a for hour spa day with various baths and saunas. And as a nice excursion, the hotel is also a partner with Cirque du Soleil, so we walked over to the big tent and watched a great circus show. It’s just overall a very nice all inclusive resort.

Muy bueno pero pequeños detalles fallan

El hotel es sin duda excelente aunque la comida creo que está un poco por debajo de nivel cinco estrellas y sobre todo orientada a clientes extranjeros. Coste excesivo de los pequeños extras como el agua e inconcebible que media pensión no incluya agua en la cena.

Wunderschönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Fint hotell, dårlig service

Utrolig flott anlegg, mange flotte bassenger, veldig bra treningssenter og meget flott lobby og lounge område. Utfordringen er at hotellet ikke dimensjonerer for så mange gjester. Generelt dårlig servicenivå på alle nivå, renhold, resepsjon, servering etc. Mange gjester og vanskelig å finne solseng, ikke bare en god plass men det er fullt overalt. Buffeen har liten variasjon og er veldig krevende ift logisikk da det blir mye kø når man skal ha mat. Det er begrenset med servering, skal du ha noe på solsengen må du hente det selv i en av barene. Alt i alt et veldig imponerende hotell men det driftes ikke som et 5***** hotell. Kan du leve med dette og sette pris på beliggenheten og fasilitetene får du en flott opphold.
