The property was right in the middle of soho so it was very convenient for shopping, food, and drinking. Flat 9, specifically, looked recently renovated which was nice ,but the flat could have been a bit cleaner prior to our arrival (hair on the bed, mold in the shower, streaky mirrors, dust and dirt, etc.) Customer service for this property was extremely difficult to work with. They originally gave me the wrong access code for the door lock and processed to give attitude when I called regarding this issue. The emergency contact agent was rude, redundant, made it more difficult to check in. I could not get in the flat until one hour later they finally told us the correct code.
