To summarize pros and cons: pros: 1. nice lobby with bunch of activities like pool table, shufl etc. So you can spend some time. 2. location is perfect. you can walk Gamla stan. T-centralen station is like 2 mins by walking. 3. nice breakfast cons: 1. we stayed at the 7th floor. Internet connection was useless. I test the speed and download speed was 0.20 Mpbs. Therefore, I had to spend extra money for esim. 2. there was no water in the room.

Oh my goodness the front desk staff was amazing. I suffered a leg injury and I had to go to the hospital and they not only helped me to call on their phones, but they gave me ice repeatedly so that I could ice my leg. They helped me with a cart. I truly appreciated all of their help. It is literally next to Arlanda express, like steps and my room was quiet. The breakfast was quite nice. On the weekends they have mimosas or at least on the Saturday I was there. There was a nice variety, although it didn’t really change from day-to-day. They had many different drink stations in a couple of different stations for each thing which also helped to spread out the people. Overall, I would stay here again, even though it wasn’t in the neighborhood just because of the convenience of everything and the wonderfulness of the staff. I feel terrible that I didn’t get their names. I really thought it wasn’t Amanda but when I asked another person the next day, she didn’t think that was the case. A gentleman also helped me the day before with a call.

It didn’t properly say that the area was reserved and we got escorted away and forced to sit in the lobby with snotty kids. Besides from that I am satisfied with my stay.

Great location with transport links to all the places a tourist is likely to want to visit. Main railway station very close by. Reception good. Breakfast spread was very good but rather chaotic given numbers in the dining room. Things improved on day 2 and better still on day 3. Food and drinks available were plentiful and wide ranging. However, coffee was poor (being polite here) as strong / bitter etc - tried a gold blend granules coffee on 3rd day. Had dinner x2 in hotel restaurant and it was good - food quality and value. Room was ok but rather small, just about served its purpose. Bathroom was small - telephone box size, well a fraction larger. Would seek out a larger room if I were to visit again.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Breakfast was good. I went in a solo trip and it was perfect. Close to everything. I was afraid the bedroom was going to be bad as it didn’t have a window but you don’t feel uncomfortable at all. Will recommend.
