This was the absolute WORST resort I’ve ever stayed at and hard to believe it bears the Hilton name! From the “free for all” check-in with no controlled parking for guests, fire & alarm with no instructions on nite #1, no electrical for ~5 hrs, no tv until mid AM due to outage, no hot water until after noon with guest showering in cold water & then rust colored water when finally back on, kids screaming in lazy river until after 10pm, kids screaming & playing in Libby at all hrs, no Spt & continued transfers from Hotels.com & Hilton reps during this fiasco of a stay, no answer or phone drops from front desk when reps called, no response when requested checkout & refund after disastrous 1st nite, I could go on & in! I’ll never stay at this resort again, NEVER purchase thru Hotels,com again due to NO resolution when requested help, didn’t even attempt to go to concierge to book next Hilton resort stay because I just set over $600 on fire on this vacay. I’m so disgusted at this whole experience that I don’t know if I’ll ever return to Hilton stay since it’s unbelievable that this facility, customer service, guest base, etc. is associated with the Hilton brand. I’m not even sure I’ll go back to Myrtle Beach again and I’d definitely not recommend Room 209 @ Hilton Anderson Resort MB to ANYONE EVER! I’m so pissed I threw away my money & my guest was subjected to this experience. I want a FULL REFUND!!!
