We had a corner room on the 6th floor which had a balcony with 2 chairs and a table and a wonderful expansive views of the ocean and the Malecon. It was a great location,close to the Mazatlan letters and the golden zone, with multiple taco restaurants within walking distance as well as a Soriana grocery store

The infinity pool is the best. You can enjoy the view of the malecón and the ocean while you're relaxing in the warm pool. The room with ocean view is perfect, no obstruction at all. Acces to the malecon and ocean is right across the street. Restaurant in the top of the building is great to enjoy meals and buffet with a perfect view of the city and the ocean. Definitely a pleasant stay.

The staff was wonderful. In all the areas,reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff provideded excellent service. The restaurant had delicious food. Unfortunately the room condition could be improved. The sink was clogged, the balcony door did not lock, the room temperature could not be adjusted and the hot water had to run over 10 minutes to warm up.

Room was clean and nice however there were several orher rooms vacant and they gave us a room with the air conditioning unit for that entire side on the outside of our toom and it was so loud.. it woukd have been understandable had the pkace been full but it was not! Several rooms avaikable .
