Fairly Basic hotel. Views were nice. Room needs refreshing and Surcharge for spa which was not stated in Hotels.com literature was disappointing as this was the main reason for booking here and so I did not get to use the spa

Staff were helpful at every encounter. We stayed in a suite which was very tired. The AC did not work, There was one small shower gel in the bathroom and the TV in the bedroom was very old. The hotel itself stands in lovely grounds and as mentioned the staff were great. The wellness spa was not fully operational which we were not informed of and no discount was offered. The stay was reasonably priced so these issues did not ruin the stay it was just a shame.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spotless. We had a lovely breakfast each morning. The coffee in the restaurant was good, not so good in the room. The rooms don’t have usb ports or aircon. Not all rooms are accessible via the lift so if you have accessibility issues you should check this out before booking. There is plenty of parking and there are charging points. And if you’re a golfer this is the place to stay.

The room was fairly big, clean and our children had their own beds which was good. The pool can only be used by over 16s which was the main reason we booked, but my fault for not checking. Breakfast was fine, but understaffed (just one person), our son was handed cutlery and told to make up our table which we thought was a bit unprofessional. While this wasn’t an expensive hotel, I still don’t think we got good value and wouldn’t stay again.

Low quality hotel and setup. Rip off prices for F1 weekend with no service. £500 for night with no breakfast included No swimming pool Whole place is tired and dated. Only positive was view from hotel bedroom and large carpark. Even the golf course was deserted which says a lot! Not worth more than £100 per night

The pool was closed for planned maintenance, but they didn't tell us (it is now stated on the hotel listing, but wasn't when we booked and we were not informed of the change). Also in case you didn't see the pool is not free for hotel guests. The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, and if you tell them you're vegetarian/vegan they will cook vegan sausages for you (not available on normal buffet). Have plenty of EV chargers on site.

When we arrived at the property there was no cold water available in the taps in the room. When I went to reception and asked they said there was an issue which they would ask maintenance to look at. We stayed for 2 nights and this wasn’t resolved. You would of thought they would offer some form of compensation but alas again nothing was offered.
