This hotel has beyond poor customer service. We had to be proactive and ask questions regarding parking to avoid towing, figure out what was included as far as amenities on our own, as they weren’t explained upon checking in, and consistently had to follow up regarding a clogged sink. Eventually, we were switched to another room after four calls over an hour timeframe to the front desk and speaking with another representative. We were still further inconvenienced after getting switched. It was a very terrible experience after driving 8 hours. We received a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. However, we don’t eat breakfast, so it didn’t smooth anything over. The second room’s carpet was stained bad and had a slight odor. We will never book here again.
