Country Inn was nice but customer service sucks. They have these young girls at the front desk that clearly have no customer service at all. My first night, I walked in and went to the front desk to check in. This little girl with dark eyebrows says Id please. I liked her like are you serious. No how you doing or Hello so I said Hello, how are you real boldly. I paid my money to stay here and I deserve a greeting at least because I could have went to another hotel. Then, the next day I had to change rooms because I book my rooms separately because I didn’t know if I was staying in NC that long. The hotel would not let me stay in the same room. Ok, that’s fine. The girl at the front desk booked me in a room that was already occupied by a man. Now to remind you, you can see in the system where the rooms are occupied. So, I go the room and unpack my belongings then she comes knocking on the door saying this is somebody else room. Like WTH! You can’t see that someone else was already in this room. I was already heated then and l she was apologizing but again clearly she does. know her job. I got a room on the 2nd floor then I set my bag and down and left to go to a family event. After the event was over, I went to the room and stood there and said I am not staying here. I checked out and drive back to Maryland at 10 at night and I didn’t get home until 2am. After the shenanigans, I was ready to go home. I wasted my money for that night because I didn’t stay overnight.
