A nice clean comfortable room for a reasonable price. I didn't come to party I came to lay down and take a shower.
Opinión verificada

6/10 Buena

It was clean and the amenities were nice; however, the staff is not very friendly at all so I couldn’t give it any better of a review than I did. The staff not being very friendly made the whole stay mid-tier at best, but I couldn’t rate it poor because it was clean and the amenities are all functional and what-not

Run down but for the money is okay.
Opinión verificada

The room was very basic and bed was not comfortable. The building is run down. In the morning, after 7, there was no sraff and the breakfast was not set up. Several customers were already waiting when I dropped off my keys.

The a/c was not working, there were roaches. No toilet paper and only 1 towel for 2 adults. They said the person with the key for the supplies was gone for the day. We left and went to stay at another hotel after being there just 30 mins. The nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen in my 30 years of staying at hotels. Do NOT stay there!!!!!!

Walked into the room and there was bodily fluids on the sheets. The staff was very kind and moved us rooms. Breakfast is just a waffle maker and some bread. The bathtub has holes in it and slick. The walls are shedding as well. But the price way cheap.
Opinión verificada

2/10 Mala

The staff that checked us in acted like she didn’t want to be there. The tv was inoperative, there was no toilet paper and no cups for water and coffee. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and there was a hole in the bathroom door. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

The girl at the front desk was kind, but preoccupied. The elevator was non functional, and when asked, the front desk person informed me that the washing machine and dryer were not working. When headed up the stairs, I noticed cob webs all over the stairs. The floors were not clean, and we could smell weed being smoked in the hallway. That night, I went downstairs to go outside to observe the lunar eclipse and found that all the doors were locked. I had to unlock one in order to get outside. The next day, someone was banging on a door down the hallway. Apparently, they had gotten locked in somewhere and couldn't get out.

Ultimately didn’t stay because the clerk was so rude and refused to honor our reservation made through Travelocity. Have never met a less helpful, non-customer service person in my life. Her tone of voice, the dirty looks, the disrespectful tone was just the beginning!!!

Good Place to Stay

Clean rooms and spacious and decent breakfast.

The motel was clearly in need of renovation and upgrading. There were numerous cockroaches running around in the room. It was not clean at all. Will definitely avoid in the future.
