Thankfully they couldn't check us in because their computer was down. The place was a dump.

I've stayed in some low grade motels before but this one took the biscuit. It was absolutely disgusting I have a video of the bed full of bugs. I didn't notice them when I lay down for a nap and when I woke up they were crawling all over me. I showered in a filthy bathroom and slept the rest of the night in my car. The carpet was thread bare and shiny with dirt, i couldn't take my shoes off at all. There was an old red fabric arm chair in the room that was black and shiney with dirt. I would recommend you don't even think about booking a room here. It was the worst motel experience I have ever had.

Terrible even for the price.

It was a terrible experience. There was no toilet paper no blankets and bug’s galore. Cockroaches and bed bugs. I will not be staying there again! Paid $90 for a night with taxes and everything and couldn’t get any type of help. Check in room at least 10 mins for someone to be at the service desk. Then when I went to the room I went to lobby for toiletries. But no assistance. And contact numbers were not working.

Mansfield Inn takes money but doesnt open

No one was at the hotel for the band that i paid for to check in....i paid for 2 rooms for an event i hosted for my business and had to last minute find other rooms because no one would answer the phone or was at the lobby at check them in. All light were off off. I now need to figure out how to get my money back.

Got to the property before 11pm check-in time and no one was to be found and door locked(says 24 hour service btw)..note on door said to call a number for late check-ins but no answer after calling a dozen times. Had to scramble over 2 hours to find a vacant hotel 35 mins away at 1am(weekend of Inkcarceration music fest)..the property had no lighting in lot and seemed very sketchy anyway. So we ended up staying further away and paying over twice as much at the next hotel, but worth it after seeing this place in person. This place is a dump and needs to be shut down. Not sure how Expedia even puts this terrible place on their website..smh.

The greedy Bed Bug Inn

They wouldn't accept my reservation that I made months ago. They said they could take walk ins only for $150 a night!! Then when got into room, there were bed bugs!!

Poor service

We made the reservation in febraury just to drive 7 hours and be told that the fire marchells closed the site down and we had to find another place to sleep. It was after 10pm and i had my child with me. We had to sleep in our car.

Property had no one at the front desk and refused to answer the phone at the posted numbers. When I did finally get to someone I was rudely told that the property had totally booked out every room, and would not honor any online reservations because they were going through renovations and the online system was down. They then refused to offer any sort of refund when Expedia staff finally got hold of them. Expedia then turned around and told me that I was out of luck and could not get a refund because the property refused to offer one. Do NOT book with this hotel! Actually, go find a different site to book with as well because apparently Expedia cars as much about their customers as this property does, ie. Not at all.

Poor service and communication!

I bookmarked my hotel 4 months ago and even received a confirmation on our booking a few days prior to arrival. We arrived at the hotel to find it run-down and beginnings to crumble. As we attempted to check-in, we were informed they were overbooked and needed to contact hotels.com to address. After several unproductive phone calls, AND an additional charge on my card, we were informed there were no more hotel rooms anywhere close. At this point, we were now exceptionally late for our events, in the hole for more money and had no hotel room. We booked an experience that was now ruined. This was a colossal waste of time, and has tainted my experience and will prevent my future use with hotels.com.

They don't even TRY!

The mirror , shower curtain , TV Remote & blankets were missing. There was one beat up towel . The TV was not connected . But the worst part was I woke up with BEDBUGS on me! See Pics

My husband was unable to check in to the property and was told they had contacted Expedia to process a refund. He was told that they had no internet service and that the fire marshall had shut them down because there was no water pressure. The area was extremely dangerous looking and I can't believe Expedia would even have this on their reservation site. We will be contacting you immediately to see if this refund has been processed. You need to visit this location if you are going to continue to offer this to customers.

Health department should shut it down

I reserved a non smoking room and was given a room that reaked of smoke, when I declined that room I was shown to one that stunk of rot that looked like murder room from a horror movie with carpet so stained that I wouldn’t step in with my shoes on. When I declined that I was taken to another room that was less disgusting tha the first two. Because I prepaid for the room my wife and I decided to stay and spend as little time in the room as possible.

Was cheap but still not worth the price. Picture does not even come close to what the room looks like. Room had an old tv, no microwave or refrigerator. Dirt everywhere. Holes in bedding.

No one working at the front counter, curtains were jammed, no cover panel on heater/AC, toilet seat is dangerous missing a bolt holding the seat to the bowl, floor has leaves all over near the bathroom, no remote for the TV.

The room was dirty there was dried blood all over bathroom floor. There was multiple roaches dead and alive. No toilet paper. Nobody at the front desk. We was in the room 10 minutes and checked out. I have pictures of everything.
