We stayed at this hotel from Thursday through Sunday morning and were truly disappointed by the lack of basic housekeeping service during our entire stay. Despite specifically requesting that our room be cleaned on Saturday morning (after it had already gone untouched for two days), we returned around 3:30 PM on Saturday to find that nothing had been done.
When we mentioned this to the front desk, the response was surprisingly indifferent, which added to our frustration. The housekeeping staff did eventually knock around 4 PM, but since we were getting dressed, we asked them kindly to return in about an hour. No one mentioned that housekeeping ends at 5 PM, so we were left with an unclean room yet again.
We weren’t asking for much—just the basic expectation of a clean space during a multi-night stay. What made it worse was the lack of communication and care from the staff. I understand that things happen, but it’s disappointing when hospitality feels like an afterthought.
We really wanted to enjoy our stay, but this lack of follow-through and customer service left a sour note.
