Got a call from the hotel the day before check in wanting me to give them my card information over the phone. They then charged our card before we even checked in, which I confirmed with hotels.com customer service that they couldn’t do. Employee at the front desk was very rude. Holes in the walls, used q-tips left in the bathroom, splatter from some kind of dark liquid on the wall by the bathroom sink. Stained sheets, dirty floors, dirty towels when we checked in and they refused to replace them for us. Overall, you get what you pay for. The price was cheap and the customer service/experience shows that.
