No te guíes por tu primera impresión, encuentras unas grandes escaleras pero de inmediato aparece el servicio, te recibe, suben tus maletas, servicio de checking rápido, todo es pequeño, es una típica construcción histórica renovada. Todos se esmeran mucho por ofrecerte la mejor atención, es un hotel familia o para parejas o estar solo.

Super helpful and lovely staff, i think it's a cozy room. It did the job for what i needed it for mostly to crash in room at night and get shower. Some people might feel cramped inside as it can be an attic like room. Only real issue i had was stairs i knew about in advance but staff helped with suitcase which i really appreciated. It has breakfast too but if you need more from a hotel such as self catering or all inclusive it would be a poor choice qaulity budget option but i personally loved it for just a quiet place close to lots of places i wanted to see and slight away from the district area so even at night it's quiet then staff buzzes you in so no random lurkers. However this place has no elevator (due to dutch laws rather than a hotel issue) anyone older or with walking issues will struggle with the steeper steps for sure.

Struttura piccola e accogliente arredata in stile vintage anni 80 con legno scuro. Pulita accogliente. Colazione semplice e buona Personale gentile. Non c'è ascensore e le scale sono impegnative come sempre in olanda.

Läget är toppen! Allt annat är en utmaning. Är du fysiskt nedsatt, boka inte detta hotell. Trapporna upp till receptionen var i vårt fall endast halvvägs till vårt rum. Vägen upp till receptionen bestod av 37 trappsteg med en bredd på max 1 2/2 meter. Sedan hade vi nästan lika många trappsteg till vårt rum på fjärde våningen. Rummet var mycket litet och slitet. Vid frukosten så fanns det inte tillräckligt med platser så vi fick stå på kö. Vår första check blev, var är nödutgången någonstans? Den fanns i vår närhet men den var låst! Nej, detta hotell kan jag inte rekommendera.

Such a lovely hotel with amazing staff! We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel went above and beyond for us, providing us a balcony room at the last minute and helping throughout our stay.

The Hotel is in an excellent area to visit the major areas of Amsterdam. The staff are great. You have to remember it is in the historic district and as such is very traditional Really good value

When we checked in the woman working at the front desk was so lovely and even upgraded our room for us which were we super appreciative for! All of the staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast included was basic but very tasty. The location was great, it was near transit but anywhere we wanted to walk was 30 mins or less. Absolutely recommend and we can't wait to stay again!

Room and bathroom were cramped but very functional and who goes to Amsterdam to hang out in the room anyway? Bed super comfortable, service friendly and efficient, very quiet except for the church bells every quarter. Breakfast nice, important to know the stairs up are steep and long.

Oldie but a goodie.

Great hotel full of character. Fixtures and fittings are a bit dated and looks a bit tired in places, but that said nice unique place which makes a change from the modern charmless hotels. Very steep stairs upto the reception so no good if you struggle with stairs.

A very unique and quirky hotel. I found the room to be very clean and tidy, however it was very small and didn't need the second bed in it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Be warned that if you struggle to climb stairs then this isn't the hotel for you.
