Nice common area and pantry (if you can find someone to ring your desired purchases). Otherwise, average Hampton. Thin walls, understaffed, underwhelming. Staff was very nice, but I surmise they need more help. I’ve found other area options that offer a more comfortable and hospitable stay, at a lower price. Please double check with front desk staff (likely the only staff working) if you booked an ADA accesible room to ensure it suits your needs. I was a Hilton honors diamond member for years, but this might be the end of our decades old love affair.
