The room's walls, closet and furniture were old and deteriorated. The floor under the bed had some garbage and was dusty as well. The AC system was damaged and did not cool off the entire living area, only the bedrroom.The mattress and pillows were old and very unfomfortable to sleep on. I had a very rough night sleep.

O hotel é muito grande e está sempre cheio devido aos hóspedes e aos eventos que nele acontecem. São 2 prédios de 12 andares cada um, com 8 apartamentos em cada andar. No meu prédio só tinha um elevador funcionando, o que causava um grande atraso. Em relação ao quarto, o chuveiro era ruim e o sofá cama é uma cama de solteiro no chão. Em relação à equipe de atendimento, o retorno às nossas solicitações é lento. Minha reserva era para 2 adultos e 1 criança e quando chegamos a cama auxiliar não estava montada e preparada. Tive que solicitar a mesma coisa 3x para ser atendida. O atendimento do restaurante é especialmente lento, a ponto de eu pedir para cancelar o pedido devido à demora. O estacionamento é pago à parte e tem equipe de manobristas, mas considere um tempo maior para que eles te entreguem o carro na saída.

Não atendeu as nossas expectativas no geral. A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar: chão com poeira, frigobar com aspecto de sujo, paredes sujas. a roupa de cama e banho eram limpas e com aspecto de novas. O café da manhã repetitivo e nada gostoso, as comidas com aspecto de industrializadas. E por fim, o hotel informa que oferece estacionamento, porém possui um custo a ser pago diariamente por isso, o que não está sendo informado. Ou seja, não retornaríamos a nos hospedar nesse hotel.
