Totally worth it

My family was making a 8 hour trip and this was the half way point for us. We have stayed in many hotels and this by far was on the top of our list. We have a 2 year old and a 1 month old and this was the perfect place. Breakfast was amazing and far surpassed our expectations. Very good food. My wife cant eat gluten or drink milk and still it was able to satisfy her for breakfast with no issue at all. If we ever make thos trip again, we will for sure stay here. Very good place with great service.

The Room was very clean with a small shopping mall next to the property, service from check in to checkout was quick and professional. My only compliment: The Jacuzzi water temperature wasn't that hot and I had no clue how to change it but I was too wet and lazy to ask for assistance.

Novotel in Criciúma, Santa Catarina, is simply the BEST hotel in town. The hotel is newer, has a Jacuzzi, (dry) sauna, valet parking (for a fee), a nice small gym room, the bedrooms are well designed and decorated, with sound proof windows and awesome blackout curtains, the bathrooms are spacious and also well decorated . The front desk team is great, shout-out to Marcelo and Julie. The breakfast is FANTASTIC, with an excellent variety of food, fruits, coffees, breads, cakes, juices, and everything is fresh. The hotel isn't too close to the city center, but is next door the a very nice shopping mall, called Nações Shopping. Totally worth it to stay at this hotel.

Quarto espaçoso, limpo e confortável. Lobby bonito e café da manhã com qualidade e variedade. A parte lamentável foi quanto ao estacionamento. Estacionamento a cargo de uma empresa terceirizada cujo funcionário não espera você desembarcar do carro, na sua chegada, para informar da cobrança por diárias, com a máquina de cartão à mão. Eu pedi um tempinho para deixar as malas na recepção e voltei. Percebi que haviam muitos carros parados à frente, numa rua tranquila e sem saída que dá justamente para o estacionamento, no prédio do hotel. Foi quando perguntei ao funcionário, e ele respondeu que era público. Eu, vendo que não havia risco, optei por parar lá mesmo. Quando falei isso, o funcionário disse que havia risco. Eu disse que tinha seguro. Ele retrucou, ameaçadoramente, dizendo que um arranhão não valia a pena em relação ao pagamento da franquia do seguro. Aquilo soou muuuuuuuuito estranho. Procedimento lamentável e antipático.
