Fantastic location! Close to grocery store, restaurants, train station, & everything else you might need. As a solo, female traveler safety is paramount & I felt very, very safe both in the hotel and in the surrounding neighborhood even late at night. Large room and large bathroom. Friendly & helpful staff have great recommendations for dinner restaurants. Will definitely stay there again if I come to Munich.

The hotel is Nice, Clan, functional and the staf VERY friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the location, near the central railway station and on a busy street also implies in outside noise all night (I spent a Saturday night at the hotel), and the neighbourhood is dirty. The flip side of the coin is that the very same location is central to Munich's historic city centre, railway station and public transport.

We stayed here for one night during Oktoberfest. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of construction around the area, but that seems to be fairly typical of the larger cities. There was quite a bit of street noise and the curtains did not block much light which made it a bit difficult to get a restful night’s sleep, but the location was perfect for our needs and the staff members were very helpful. We would stay here again.

The hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a busy road and was very noisy into the early hours. The area was a little bit scruffy and seedy, which my daughter found uncomfortable.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room though a bit small is comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions, and the train central station, and different restaurants. We will definitely recommend this hotel (The Prasident) with our family and friends.
