I was not used to the self check in, in the United States every motel/hotel I ever stayed in had a person at the reception desk. I was confused about the process and it was very difficult to find a person to help me, especially after being tired from a long flight journey.

No front desk staff and auto check in kiosk that did not permit a choice of language in which to use. Never mentioned that the hotel was located in industrial park with no access to amenities in area. Good luck getting a cab to come out to pick you up. Can I get my money back as I could no use self check in and did not stay there. Remove this hotel from your listings.

The room was clean ans that us where the positive ends. No shampoo in the bathroom. No AC in the room at all. We were there with kids and it was 35 outside. You can open the window but what help that is when its too hot outside. For someone like myself who has heart condition, room without AC in middle of summer is insanely bad. I spent the night in the bathroom showering with cold water every 30 minutes to cool down. My family hasn't slept all night either. This has most definatley ruined our stay in Munich. We will NEVER stay there again.

Das Budget Hotel liegt im Industriegebiet Eching, zum Flughafen sind es 15 min. Fahrtzeit. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos. Nebenan sind ein paar Supermärkte und eine Tankstelle, bei der man Frühstücken kann. Das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück an, an der Tankstelle nebenan gibt es ein Frühstückslokal. Es gibt einen Online Checkin, man bekommt vorab einen Code mit dem man das Zimmer öffnen kann. Geht auch am Automat vor Ort im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber alles da was man braucht (außer Schrank). Kein Shuttle Service zum Flughafen. Betten super bequem, Fenster schalldicht. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.

Ich habe das Hotel für zwei Nächte gebucht. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber zweckmäßig. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Auf dem Bett war ein Haar, weil es nicht von mir war. Das Bettlaken könnte bessere Qualität sein. Parkplätze sind nur begrenzt vorhanden. Das Frühstück neben dort ist erst ab möglich, 8:00 Uhr

There is no front desk at this facility, check-in is done online or at a kiosk at the entrance. The email from the hotel to check-in is in German with no obvious option to change language. The room itself is nice.
