great location and lovely room - just a shame the bar area was shut as the temp bar wasn't up to much and the temp breakfast room soulless. Otherwise perfect and the reception staff was excellent. I was able to leave a bag the day before and check in early.

Sadly, the room had a lingering smell. The decor dated and some of the decor damaged. The fridge smelt like gone off milk. The bed was soft and I appreciate it’s a preference but it was the first and last time we stay at this chain. The location was good and the hotel was quiet.

Room wasn’t great and felt dated with marks on the walls and carpet. All public areas seemed to be ok. Was a little disappointed that as a resident we could not get a drink at the bar at 10.59 and was told we could only have room service!
