Three issues stand out in my mind. (1) When checking in, the employee was on speaker phone with the electric company and then subsequently told me that they got charged 3x more for electricity this month - I went there to get some R&R, so I really didn't care about their problems. I found it unprofessional. (2) I tried to take a relaxing bath, but it ran out of hot water. (3) I had hoped to ask an employee about the local area, and specifically if there were any spas/places to get massages. There was nobody working the front desk, and instead the employee was doubling as a bartender at the restaurant. When we asked, she didn't give us too much information and was preoccupied with making drinks. I did not find that particularly hospitable. Other than that the place was fine.
