Very bad hotel, very old hotel. Does not looks like the picture… more old. Very noisy, can hear everything in nearbor rooms. Even theire discussens. Not impressed by breakfast either. Ended up by checking out before time and booked another hotel instead. I have tried alot of Mercure in other countries , but this was bad.

Minha estadia no Mercure Hotel President Lecce foi, no geral, boa. O hotel tem uma boa localização, a cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada do centro histórico, o que facilita bastante para passeios. Fiquei uma noite em um quarto para três pessoas, com duas camas de solteiro. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. O colchão é bom e o travesseiro apenas razoável. O estacionamento também é um ponto positivo, sendo prático e conveniente. Senti falta de mais itens de higiene no banheiro. No box havia apenas um produto que funcionava como shampoo e sabonete líquido ao mesmo tempo; seria melhor se fossem separados e se houvesse também condicionador. Os pontos negativos foram o ar-condicionado, que não funcionou adequadamente e deixou o quarto quente, prejudicando o conforto da estadia. Além disso, o café da manhã, para um hotel 4 estrelas, achei apenas mediano. Considero inadequado cobrarem à parte por itens como omelete ou ovos fritos, o que não condiz com a categoria do hotel. No geral, o hotel tem bons pontos, mas há aspectos que poderiam ser melhorados para proporcionar uma experiência mais completa.
