The first room we were given smelled terribly like dog as soon as we opened the door! I went to the front desk to inform the gentleman working there and he started to argue with me that the room is a “no dog room”. I told him they may think it is, but dogs had definitely been in that room, so I asked for a different room, which he gave us.
When we walked into the second room it did not smell, but was very warm. We proceeded to turn the AC down. After 30 minutes it was not cooler. We felt the vents and they were cold, but not blowing. I went to the front desk, and he said to turn it off for 10 minutes and back on. After doing that it did not work and we told the front desk. He gave us a fan to put in the window instead of getting it fixed or moving us.
Breakfast the next morning was just sad and disgusting. The eating area was so small our family of four could not eat together, every table and the floor was very dirty and I had to find a towel and wipe tables off for us to sit down. Then they were out of more things than what they had in stock. We fed the kids enough to get them through and then hit the road and stopped at Mc Donald’s for breakfast!
Will NOT be staying here again!
