A nicely appointed apartment with a lovely balcony. Great breakfast at a venue just around the corner. The only drawback was lugging cases up to the second floor. Would highly recommend.

Good location (about 15 min walk to central train station and 10-15 min walk into main area of town/restaurants & sights). Area around property was safe & quiet. Small coffee shop around the corner but no other shops/restaurants in the immediate vicinity (if that matters to you). Staff was super helpful in helping us to rent a Vespa for the day and to set up a transfer to Bari airport. Parking on street around property was plentiful. Property itself was clean and spacious with a balcony with a view of the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great 3 nights here! The spaciousness of the jacuzzi suite was welcome and very comfortable. A lot of stairs to the top floor, but worth the hike up for those who can make it, get their luggage up on your own.

This place is just perfect! The suite is fantastic, everything new and modern, all the facilities you need for a stay and the owner Stefania is just so nice and kind! Wonderful property! Has everything you need and is so close to the main center. Parking is easy to find. Stefania, the host, was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. Will definitely return and continue to recommend to friends !

The room was modern and lovely, the staff were very helpful and breakfast was simple but good. The air conditioning in the room didn’t function properly and the host was unable to remedy it. As a result, sleep was difficult and even with the balcony doors and shutters open, it didn’t cool off and the street noise was loud until about 1:00 am. Also, the property was advertised as “on the beach”. The beach and town were a 15 minute walk and parking nearby was difficult! Overall, if the host revised the property description so it wasn’t misleading, and if they addressed the A/C, the place would be very nice!

Beautiful, modern and spacious apartment, tastefully decorated and generally very pleasant. However, the mattress was clearly worn out, with a noticeable dip that made sleeping uncomfortable. The breakfast was also disappointing: limited choice and presentation that did not inspire confidence. The absence of an iron was another small but surprising detail. These shortcomings stand out because the property is marketed as a Luxury Suite, a category where guests naturally expect excellence in every detail.

Penthouse apartment is the way to go!

We had the most wonderful stay at Settanni Suites. The hostess was so kind and friendly from the moment we arrived. We upgraded to the penthouse apartment which had a spa and it was one of the best places we stayed during our trip. The apartment was stylishly decorated, spacious, very clean and they had thought of everything you needed. It certainly felt luxurious and we felt so relaxed. The balcony is sun drenched during the day and you can watch the sunset in the evenings. Town is a short 10 minute stroll away and big grocery stores 2 minutes. The water is also just a few minutes walk and you can see it from the balcony. The breakfast was generous and had a great selection. They were very accommodating with taking away too. All in all, we would definitely stay here again - we loved it! Thanks for making our visit to Puglia memorable!
