I really wanted to like this place.. the outside is so colorful and the lobby is bright and modern, my 5 year old loved it! It also had included parking, which is a plus.
But, the room.. the room had problems.
First.. the door had probably a 2” gap underneath.. I had to stick a towel in it.
Second.. stains everywhere - the chairs, the bedding, etc.
Third.. the pillows were almost laughable, they were so lumpy.. the pillowcases were so big because they were just so misshapen.
Fourth.. again, the bedding. My sheets had stains and the blanket had a burn hole (looked like it was from a cigarette).
Fifth.. the floors were dirty - every time I got into the bed, I was getting dirt on the sheets.
Sixth.. the shower pressure. Thankfully I was only here 1 night and didn’t have to wash my hair.
Seventh.. the patches to the plaster in the room - if this was the only issue, I would have given it a pass for being in the process getting repaired.
On the upside - the room had a Keurig, brand new big screen TV, it was spacious, plenty of desk and lighting options, and updated bathroom with a smart light mirror.
But for me, at the end of a day, if a room looks and feels dirty - no amount of amenities can make me overlook it.
Also, I was there from 6 PM on a Friday until 9 AM on a Saturday - I would imagine at least one shift change - and there was a pair of dirty ladies underwear in the driveway to the parking area just outside of the main entrance that nobody thought to cleanup.
