Although the booking website said amenities were included, there was no soap in the room. I called the staff to inquire and was told to move to an empty room on the upper floor. When I opened the room just above, I found someone else's luggage. It seems that one key can open multiple rooms. I was shocked to learn that this hotel has serious security issues. The soap was a very minor issue.

The man was friendly and helpful in carrying up my wheelie. The room was cute, good bed and linens. AC and windows. Nice desk area and good lighting throughout the room and restroom. Very quaint. Not easy to get to and no signage to know where you are once you arrive. Treacherous to walk the many steps in the rain whilst carrying luggage! Lighting in the small lobby goes off quickly which is a challenge at night as to figure out who to call to get into the room. Too expensive for what you get. There needs to be a holder for the shower handle so one can easily stand under it. Also simple hooks in the bathroom for towels clothes. Include soap, shampoo and conditioner for that price. There was a sewer odor.

Nice rooms, had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We arrived early before check in time and the host let us store our luggage then put them in our room for us. Best to enter from Buza gate so you’re mainly walking down stairs with your luggage rather than up lots from the main centre of old town. Lots of good restaurants nearby. I would recommend and I would stay again.

Great room for solo or couple travellers

Great location for solo or couple travellers, big spacious room with big double bed, air conditioning, TV, fridge; place was as described. Best of all was the host who was very kind, informative, and ensured that I enjoyed my stay. There are great local restaurants and bars around this spot, better than other more pricier restaurants. I would consider staying here again and would recommend to others.

Man behöver starka ben.

Väldigt pittoreskt och mysigt ställe att bo på mitt i gamla stan MEN man ska vara medveten om alla trappor i varierande höjd och att det är tungt att släpa resväskor i värmen. AC ett stort plus dock väldigt hård säng som saknade bäddmadrass. Saknade även något att hänga handdukar/badlakan på inne på toa och det fanns ingen hylla till tvål/schampo i duschen. Lite knasigt att spegeln satt längst in över toastolen och inte över handfatet.
