The room including the walls was dirty, the carpet had big stains on it and the tile was broken on the floor in our room. It has gone way down hill from the last time I stayed here a few years ago.

This was a last minute trip during the holidays and I was able to find quality inn of Conway….what I was looking for at a nice rate during this time. It was in a quiet location and I would stay there again.

Not great at all. Went down for a few days to visit family and was not pleased at all with our room. Our family had 3 rooms total amongst us. We had spiders in our room, no toilet paper, the fridge didn’t work, the bedding was stained and the AC did not work. Another room had the mini fridge sitting in the middle of the sitting area because they didn’t find one that fit the space, and they had to borrow a towel from us because they didn’t have any in their room. We were also advised no pets were allowed then dealt with a barking dog in the room across the hall from us. We will definitely not be returning and will be sure to warn other family members and friends heading that way to avoid this hotel at all cost!

Room was clean and towels were clean and fresh. The staff was quick to check me in and didn’t have any problems definitely will book again!

It worked for overnight. The hall smells like soot for some reason and the pool was shut down. They didn’t have drink machines but they do sell them at the desk but you need cash. However the room was clean and comfortable. I think the price is a bit steep for this particular place it should be more in the $70 range not $100. The lady at the desk was also friendly.

The air conditioner in our room was not working very well and the room smelled as if it had previously had a fire in it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The great part was the man that we see that works there is great and very personable.

It was good enough for a place to sleep. The room was very clean but had a little bit of a musty odor. The breakfast was minimal. The pool area and picnic area were still closed. The cleaning ladies were very nice.

Rude staff, bothered at our presence. Dirty room, multiple hairs and stains under the cover of the bed. Multiple broken and worn out amenities. Nobody cares to mention the pool was closed before booking, horrible breakfast. Should've costed maybe 50 bucks for what it was worth.
