It has a weird foyer that feels shady. The room was survivable and the front there were MANY black shavings on between the sheet layers which the AI (google lens) said were from bugs and possibly bed bugs, there were hairs a 1/4 inch and less, and ‘crumbs’ /black and brown droppings behind the toilet seat at and between the himges. There were other indications of uncleanliness and poor housekeeping. They offered me another room which I accepted. In the morning I discovered someone’s clothes hanging in the closet! Clearly the housekeeping staff isn’t doing their job. I am never staying there again and am no longer confident in the level of hotel this brand entails

Hotel advertises both pool and fitness center and neither exist. Also advertise as a non-smoking facility and I could smell cigarette smoke and front desk staff dismissed my concerns, saying there was hardly anyone there except an employee staying on my floor.

Upon arrival sign on door stated pool was closed, that was one of the reasons we stayed there so our grandson could swim in the pool. The first room they gave us didn't have curtains, so we had to move to another room. WiFi sucked. Remote for TV didn't work. Tuesday morning stale cereal and waffle batter was spoiled so we had to buy breakfast the remaining two days of our stay. Wednesday, we returned to our room we didn't have a bathmat, towels, cups or coffee. Went down to desk to get towels, laundry wasn't done we had to use hand towels to dry after our shower. The facility was not full, saw very few people.

VERY CLEAN, Comfortable bed

Although the property/units need some updating, our room was VERY CLEAN, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent with really hot water and strong pressure. We just spent the night while traveling and ate breakfast before we left. We would definitely stay again when traveling through the area.

Perfect Oasis

We had driven through the night from KC. No sleep. We did a little sightseeing in the area. Our check in time was 3 pm. We were so exhausted. At 1:00 we went in to see if we check in early. The room had just been cleaned. Everything was clean, fresh smelling. The mattress and pillows were perfect with crisp bedding. We slept for 4 hours. Found a local place for dinner. Slept 9 more hours. It was a lovely, restful
