This review is for Hotels.com, not the choice/comfort hotel. The Hotels.com app glitched while i was booking this room. Hotels.com charged me for (2) rooms, but i only ordered (1). I paid for the extra cancellation insurance, but that itself is another 3rd party app on top of hotels.com app which is one more loophole to jump through. Therefore, I called and used the chat app availble. The customer service reps barely understand English, and were sooo confused about my problem. Then, i called and the representative played dumb as well. I think Hotels.com is happy to use you, but nothing in return. If you are smart, you will never use a 3rd party to book your hotel, go to the hotels website. The rates are similar, and you dont get the shaft.
