I am extremely unhappy with my stay. The man working the desk the majority of my stay was incompetent and made multiple mistakes. First, he told me my room was not ready (which was fine because I knew I was early); however when I then told him I would be checking in late he suddenly wanted me to check in. He then informed me after running my card 3 times that my card was not working. I called the card's customer service and was informed no charged was even attempted. I returned to try again because I was told my room would be given away if I didn't check in before going to my event. My card immediately worked and the man laughed, saying he needed to reboot the system. I was given my room keys and told I couldn't go to the room because it was being cleaned. When I returned late that night and went to my room, there were guests in it! When I went back down, a different staff told me I had never been checked in. Following this ordeal, over the next 2 days I had to get a new room key more than once per day because mine would stop working.
Also, the hotel ran a shuttle and the driver was very rude, made inappropriate jokes and overall was not professional.
