We booked a jacuzzi room, informed could not use AAA discount due to using third party vendor to book, also not aware at time of booking pool was not open/available due to maintenance. No vending on our floor, there was an area and signs that said vending but no machines/ice. When we got to our room it was filthy and there were bloodstains on the couch and stains on the bedding. We were offered to move rooms, second room also dirty, bathroom not cleaned well and I did not feel comfortable using the shower or jacuzzi. No cover on ironing board, out of options at continental breakfast and cereal dispensers did not work and I was instructed by the staff to just scoop it out of the top-very unhygienic. Overtime very dissatisfied with our stay, I expected more as we have stayed at La Quinta before in other locations and have been very happy, I feel as a Wyndham property the standards would have been higher.
