My check-in experience was unfortunately not a great start to my stay. After receiving my room keys, I headed up to Room 711 feeling excited—it even felt like a lucky number. However, upon entering the room, I was startled to find someone else’s belongings already there: a purse on the bed, curtains open, and a bag in the room. It was a genuinely unsettling moment.
I quickly grabbed my things and returned to the front desk to request a new room. The staff member simply said, “Oh sorry, I know what happened,” with no further explanation or apology. It felt dismissive and didn’t help ease the discomfort of the situation.
Aside from that, the hotel itself was clean and conveniently located near the venue we were visiting, which was a plus. One small note for future guests: if you're hoping to enjoy a mimosa early in the morning, be aware that the bar doesn’t open until 10 a.m.
