Stayed Feb 02-05.. The room was very decent and we liked it, people at the reception were nice and professional. But... our experience in the restaurant was really bad and ruined the stay. That was the morning of February 05.The young man was very rude and disrespectful. People like this affect hotel business. We came to the restaurant at 9:05 am, got some bagels, coffee and a tea.. sat down to eat, all of sudden he started removing the food from the display. I told him that we were not done and need little more food or sweets. He yelled back, the restaurant is closed and nothing is available anymore. Not to mention how he was throwing the food into the plastic containers. My wife and I were shocked by such a behavior..
After we got out of the restaurant I told the man at the reception about our experience and he felt bad and tried to apologize. We appreciated his efforts but it didn't help much. Massage to management ... All other hotel staff work hard to accommodate the guests and then you have a single person who ruined all that in a whip. We've stayed in your hotel in December for 5 nights, this time 3 nights.. We are planing to stay at least two times more for a few nights before spring.. And certainly hoping something like that will never happen again, as we'll find another hotel instead . Thanks
