Ubicación idílica para un hotel demasiado básico

Por su ubicación se justifica el precio pero el hotel es muy básico, con unas instalaciones que deberían estar más cuidadas y mejor atendidas. Se esperaba un poco más (tanto en el nivel de las instalaciones como en la atención recibida).

Decepcionante.

Las habitaciones son oscuras, el lavabo está en plena habitación, y necesita una renovación en general. Las empleadas de la limpieza gritando, haciendo ruido y montando jaleo desde primera hora de la mañana. Tuvimos que esperar bastante, porque la habitación no estaba lista, y eso que los vuelos llegan temprano y las excursiones de la tarde salen ya a las 3, con lo que apenas da tiempo a descansar un poco y comer algo.

The hotel is really beautiful, new and everything done with a good taste. The swimming pool is wonderful. The room was very clean and it had everything that you can need for a good stay. I really recommend this hotel if you are visiting the area.

This hotel was very nice and is located in town center. Hotel has nice pool area. The staff was professional and helpful. The only negative issue about the room was a lack of see through window. You couldn't know for example what kind of the weather there was outside.

Great location right near the shops and restaurants. Nice rooms with good beds and tv. Showers and toilets are well kept and staff looked after us well. Able to walk to all property and views within 5 minutes.

The Lost Camel was in a great position next th the Town Square. Our room was a good size, very clean, and had everything we needed. Not having a window was a bit strange, but we got used to it. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Very convenient to access everything while in Yulara. Close to the buses and if you drive, close to the park. All the staff were great and helpful. Even close to the market to buy food if you don’t want to go to the restaurants. Overall great

Loved the quiet space. Staff were lovely, no disturbance. Loved the helpful reception staff. And it's close to all conveniences. Might want to check the bathroom fans, so steam doesn't stagnate.

Very comfortable stay and half the price of Sails in the Desert which we also stayed in at the beginning of our three day tour. One thing to know is this is a whole resort so you’re only sleeping in a room and have access to all the other amenities and restaurants. The staff on reception in this hotel were so friendly and helpful.
