Upon entering my room, the temp was very cold, i increased the heat, it made no difference, the floor was so cold i couldnt walk barefoot. There was cold wind blowing in from the air conditioners in the bedroom and the other in living room. I phoned the front desk and complained, i was told maintenence would check the next day ( was 9pm). The heat register was ice cold blowing minimally warm air i was not offerred a different room. I had to sleep with my socks on with an extra blanket doubled to try to keep warm. In the morning my shoulders ached from being so tense. The internet was inaccessible. When i complained about that i was allowed on to the business internet. The next day maintenence came and used duct tape to prevent cold air from coming in, it was minimally effective. I asked for a space heater which was provided but i was unable to regulate the temperature in my room. Again i slept poorly and loud banging in the hall woke me up several times through the night. Upon check out i was charged more than at the time of booking, i was told i was wrong - note to self next time take a screen shot. I demanded a discount when checking out and was told the manager had to approve and that the manager would call me. I have not received a phone call. Awful customer service, poor responsivity no accountability. I will NEVER stay there again and will widely share my negative experiences
