Breakfast bar was not fresh. Food was either cold or running out with people still coming in. Coffee also was running out and I got a mouth full of grounds while drinking it. Rooms were very clean and nice. Pool was overloaded with screaming children and adults spraying water with water cannons and floaties and noodles overrunning the pool.

First impression was good. Clerk was friendly. The parking lot is in need of new pavement and pot holes filled. The room smelled and looked clean. The “Queen” size beds were very small, barely “Full” size. Everything in the room worked properly. Could use a deep clean under bed and shower had mold and built up soap scum. The breakfast was typical waffles and eggs. There was no attendant to refill the food/drinks/supplies. Since there was no attendant, counters, floors and tables were unkept.

Although the staff is very kind and polite, our room stunk of marijuana and cigarettes. I asked if we could have another room and we were immediately moved. Unfortunately, our bathroom hadn't been cleaned and there was blood and urine along with a very dirty floor and shower full of hair. Once again, everything was swiftly dealt with. The maintenance man is the real hero of this hotel. They seem to be very shortstaffed and he is always doing something and taking care of everything so fast. He is pleasant and. Professional. The pool is huge, and my kids absolutely loved swimming in it! Breakfast was enjoyable both days we stayed at the Quality Inn. We would love to stay at this hotel again if it's cleaner the next time we're in Ohio. I want to emphasize how lovely the manager and the staff are!
